Today, while searching on Internet for the Best Free Antivirus of  the year 2013, I decided to do some research work in a different way. There are many reputed Software Repository Websites found on Internet. These websites provide information about new Software with reviews, technical details, Editor Ratings, User ratings, number of downloads and download links. I did research on these sites EDITOR RATINGS for the popular Free Antivirus Software found on Internet. I selected the following popular Software Download Websites:
