2. Act upon the instructions provided on the web page.
3. Generally, Reference number printed on your electricity bill will be used to check your bill of current month online. Reference number is normally of 14 digits excluding the last character like U. You will ignore the last character like U.

4. Therefore, read the reference number from printed bill, input that number on web form as shown in the figure.
5. Click on submit button as shown in the figure. If you have provided the correct reference number, your updated electricity bill of current month will be loaded and shown in the browser.

In Internet Explorer from the FILE menu click "PAGE SETUP"

Select PAPER SIZE as "A4"

Delete the values under HEADER and FOOTER

Select ORIENTATION as "Portrait"


Click the OK button
